How do I file a claim?
Open the GeraSure app or website, go to "My Claims", and submit your claim with a description and photos. We review claims within 48 hours.
How fast are payouts?
Approved claims are paid within 48 hours via your preferred method: mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, etc.), bank transfer, or digital wallet.
Is there a waiting period?
Basic plans have no waiting period for accidents and device damage. Health plans have a 30-day waiting period for non-emergency conditions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your policy anytime from your account. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you get a full refund.
